Do you handle patient billing inquires?

Yes, our phone number is listed on all patient statements for patients to call with any questions or concerns they may have regarding their bill. Back to Top

Do I need to give you my patient files?

No. All we need is a copy of the superbill for each patient when seen and a copy of the insurance EOB's and patient checks for posting payments. All files will remain at your office. Back to Top

Do patient and insurance checks go to your office?

All checks will continue to be sent to your practice. All we need is a copy of the check and EOB for posting payments to patient accounts. If you prefer to have the checks sent to Medical Billing Unlimited and deposited for you, we can handle that as well. Back to Top

We can start immediately. Once you sign the contract with Medical Billing Unlimited, we will process the enrollment forms for Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross and Blue Shield. We can begin entering data the same day you sign the contract. Back to Top
